We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: pages work with a keyboard, use sufficient colour contrast, have visible focus indicators, and respect reduced-motion settings.
How we've tested
On 12 October 2026 we ran automated accessibility checks (axe, WCAG 2.2 AA rules) on our main public, account and staff pages and fixed the issues found. We also checked keyboard navigation and focus visibility on the homepage, booking and quote forms. We haven't yet tested with users of assistive technology such as screen readers. That's planned, and we'll update this statement when it's done.
