Ask about thisHow packages work
A package combines the inspections a property usually needs into one visit, so tenants are disturbed once and every report arrives together. Contracts cover a portfolio or site over a year, with each inspection booked before it falls due.
Prices are worked out from what's actually there: the number of properties, rooms and circuits, appliances, alarm devices and emergency light fittings. Remedial work is never included, because nobody knows what's needed until the inspections are done. It's always quoted separately, item by item.
What you get with every package
- Reports and certificates checked and approved before they're released to your account
- Each document labelled with its next due date, with reminders before it's due
- Remedial quotes itemised against the report, so you can approve items separately
- One account for every property, with access for your letting agent or managing agent if you want it
